Retainer fees paid for ongoing digital solutions or technical partnership services are generally non-refundable as they secure dedicated resources and priority scheduling. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction window for new retainer agreements.
For project-based work, refunds are handled according to the following project milestones:
Fully refundable if cancelled before the audit or initial workshop begins.
Partially refundable based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Non-refundable once the final assets or code have been delivered and approved by the client.
Due to the nature of digital products and custom source code, once full access to a custom codebase or proprietary tool has been granted, we cannot offer a refund. We ensure all software meets the agreed-upon specifications before final handoff.

Refund requests may be declined if the client has approved deliverables at each project phase, if delays were caused by client inaction or failure to provide required materials, or if the cancellation falls outside the terms of a signed project agreement.
