1. Service Retainers
Retainer fees paid for ongoing digital solutions or technical partnership services are generally non-refundable as they secure dedicated resources and priority scheduling. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction window for new retainer agreements.
2. Project-Based Work
For project-based work, refunds are handled according to the following milestones:
- Discovery PhaseFully refundable if cancelled before the audit or initial workshop begins.
- In-Progress WorkPartially refundable based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Final DeliveryNon-refundable once the final assets or code have been delivered and approved.
3. Software & Digital Assets
Due to the nature of digital products and custom source code, once full access to a custom codebase or proprietary tool has been granted, we cannot offer a refund. We ensure all software meets the agreed-upon specifications before final handoff.
4. Refund Process
